Madjid Tavana is Professor and Distinguished Chair of Business Analytics at La Salle University, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Systems and Analytics Department. He also holds an Honorary Professorship in Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn in Germany. Dr. Tavana is Distinguished Research Fellow at the Kennedy Space Center, the Johnson Space Center, the Naval Research Laboratory at Stennis Space Center, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. He was recently honored with the prestigious Space Act Award by NASA. He holds an MBA, PMIS, and PhD in Management Information Systems and received his Post-Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published 22 books and over 300 research papers in international scholarly academic journals. Dr. Tavana is the Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analytics Journal, Healthcare Analytics, Space Mission Planning and Operations, International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, International Journal of Management and Decision Making, International Journal of Communication Networks and Distributed Systems, and International Journal of Knowledge Engineering and Data Mining. He is also an editor of Annals of Operations Research, Expert Systems with Applications, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Intelligent Systems with Applications, and Journal of Innovation and Knowledge.

Dr. Samanta serves as the Program Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing and Information Technologies at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K), part of the Rochester Institute of Technology – RIT Global Campus in Kosovo, Europe. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, specializing in SAR Image Processing. With a strong interest in interdisciplinary research, Dr. Samanta's expertise spans various fields, including SAR Image Analysis, Video Surveillance, Heuristic Algorithms for Image Classification, Deep Learning for Detection and Classification, Blockchain, Statistical Modeling, Wireless Adhoc Networks, and Natural Language Processing. Over the course of his career, he has completed six consultancy projects and successfully guided four Ph.D. candidates to completion. Dr. Samanta has also secured $8,110 in funding under the Open Access Publication Fund and received travel support under the International Travel Support Scheme in 2019 to attend a conference in Thailand. He holds 22 patents (including 4 design patents in India and 2 patents in Australia) and has published over 247 research papers in top-tier international journals and conferences such as IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. Recognized for his contributions, he was awarded the "Scholastic Award" at the 2nd International Conference on Computer Science and IT Application, CSIT-2011, in Delhi. Additionally, Dr. Samanta has co-authored 13 books, co-edited 20 volumes, and authored 15 book chapters. He also serves as an acquisition editor for leading publishers such as Springer, Wiley, CRC, and Elsevier. As an IEEE Senior Member, and a member of several other professional organizations, he regularly takes on leadership roles in major international conferences, including convener, keynote speaker, and session chair, and is frequently invited to speak at academic institutions

Dr. Debasish Jena is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering with over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy across esteemed institutions under Utkal University, BPUT, and IIT. He currently serves as the Registrar at IIIT Bhubaneswar, a position he has held since December 2021, while continuing his role as an Associate Professor since 2012. His professional career also includes serving as an IT Consultant for various projects with the Government of Odisha. Dr. Jena holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, with research interests in Information Security, Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks, and Network Security. He has authored over 50 publications and book chapters, and his teaching areas include Networking and Information Security. As a Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator, he has worked on several significant government projects, including third-party evaluations of paddy procurement and targeted distribution systems for the Government of Odisha. He is also a Certified Ethical Hacker and holds professional memberships with IEEE, ACM, ISTE, and other notable organizations. Dr. Jena has supervised four Ph.D. candidates and 24 M.Tech students, contributing significantly to academia and industry alike.

Prof. Yeon-Mo Yang is a Professor in the department of Electronic Engineering, Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Gumi, Korea. He received the B. Eng in the field of electrical and electronic engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea in 1990 and Ph.D. degree from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, Korea in 2006, in the field of optical networks. From 2005 to 2006 he was a post doctoral fellow in North Carolina State University (NCSU), Raleigh in networks engineering and a short time visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, in wireless sensor networks. From 2006 to 2008, he was in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) as a senior researcher where he has been a project leader of the developments of wireless sensor networks. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks analysis and implementation both at the physical layer and at the networks layer; dynamic bandwidth allocation schemes in passive optical networks; and realizations of hybrid embedded systems connected to Under Acoustic Sensor Networks, Mechronics and Information Technology.

His research area includes Bio-Medical Signal Processing, IoT, AI/ML, DL, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, Wireless Communication etc. Dr. Mohapatra has published more than 80 numbers of research publications in various refereed journal and conferences in his credits. Dhananjaya Sarangi is a Professor of Computer Science and Applications of Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha since April 2019. He received his MCA degree from NIT, Rourkela in 1989. He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT in various reputed MNCs both in India & abroad. Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries, a Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud, Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc. He has undergone various training& seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore, NityoInfotech-Singapore. Dr. Sourabh Sharma is the Dean of Business Development and a Professor in Information Management and Analytics at the International Management Institute (IMI), Bhubaneswar, India. With over two decades of experience as a management consultant, professional practitioner, trainer, academician, and educationist counselor, Dr. Sharma has made significant contributions to both management education and industrial practice. As Dean, he oversees the admissions strategy for IMI Bhubaneswar's three flagship programs, including the AICTE-approved PGDM, which is accredited by AMBA, NBA, and NAAC, along with the PGDM (Online) and FPM programs. From 2018 to 2021, he also served as the Programme Chairperson (Dean-Programme) at the institute. Dr. Sharma has organized nine international conferences as a convener at IMI Bhubaneswar in collaboration with EGADE Business School, Mexico, and has participated in international conferences at SASS, Chengdu, China, and B&ESI, Vienna, Austria. He has been awarded with Ph.D. in Computer Science and IT from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Baripada, Odisha, India in 2024. He has more than 24 years of teaching experience with major subjects in Computer Science and Engineering. His research areas are Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Machine Translation, Information Retrieval and Sentiment Analysis using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
